Breathe Together

Breathe Easy is a support network for people who have a lung condition and for those who look after them. These people often feel alone and making friends is important which is why Breathe Easy Support Groups in Essex and other areas across the country are so important. This group is known locally as Breathe Together.

The group meets once a month and offers free information leaflets on the various diseases involved with lungs. They usually have a speaker covering many different subjects and arrange social activities, outings and fundraising events. They are always there for your questions or queries – If they do not know the answer then they know a person who does.

One person in seven in the UK is affected by a lung disease. Whether it’s mild asthma or lung
cancer, the British Lung Foundation is there for every one of them.
