Inclusion Thurrock NHS Talking Therapies

We are a free NHS psychological therapy service for adults living across Thurrock who are experiencing common mental health difficulties including depression and anxiety disorders such as OCD, PTSD and social phobia. We provide treatment via telephone, video consultation or face to face. Our aim is to provide the help you need in a way that works for you.

Talking therapy is not supposed to be something which is ‘done to you’. This is a value we hold central to our approach which focusses on effective treatment underpinned by  listening, working together and involving you to improve your sense of wellbeing and everyday functioning. Please note that we are only able to accept referrals for people registered with a GP in Thurrock and who are aged 18 years or over. If you are already in counselling, we would not recommend seeking additional support from our services until your current therapy is concluded. If you are being treated under a community mental health service (e.g. Grays Hall), please speak with your psychiatrist or GP before making a referral to ensure that we are the right service for you.
