Thurrock and Brentwood Mind

We are a mental health charity helping people living in Thurrock and Brentwood. We try to ensure that everyone facing mental health difficulties, receive the respect and support they deserve and when they need it the most. Our range of services are designed to cater to your unique journey through mental health.

We are proud affiliates of Mind. Our reach extends far and wide. We partner and work with Thurrock Council, the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS) and with our three NHS providers. We also work alongside local voluntary, community and faith groups to create a safety net of services.
