We raise awareness and identify health needs and address them effectively through bespoke health education, awareness and support programmes. We also offer cook and eat sessions that can be developed to meet specific requirements to meet individual objectives. All courses include introducing basics in healthy eating, understanding food labelling, food additives, portion control, and use of fat, salt and sugar.
