Thurrock Floating Support
We offer free benefit, housing, money and debt advice . This involves dealing with difficult housing issues, including evictions, i.e. supporting to set up rent repayment plans with council/landlords. We offer help applying for welfare benefits, referrals to specialist agencies (such as mental health or social services and social care) and completing financial statements to take into account payment plans for rent arrears and debts.

Who can use this service?
How are services delivered?
Residents in Thurrock with a tenancy either, council, private or in temporary accommodation who needs help with their benefits, threat of eviction, money and debt and budgeting. This is not for anyone who is currently homeless.
