Local Area Coordination -Thurrock
Local Area Coordinators support people who may feel vulnerable due to age, frailty, disability or mental health needs. They will take time to get to know you, those closest to you, and your community and help you feel safe, secure and more confident about the future. This can include helping with local advice, information and support, meeting new people and getting involved with groups, activities or volunteering in your community and finding practical ways of doing the things you want or need to do.
