Impulse Leisure: Long-Term Neurological Condition Support
Exercise referral scheme improving the physical and mental health, wellbeing and fitness of patients and individuals diagnosed with neurological and neuromuscular conditions, e.g. Parkinsons, multiple sclerosis, muscle wasting, etc. Our fully qualified and experienced team deliver specific group sessions for a number of interventions to help local people exercise under qualified guidance whilst also benefiting from social interaction with people in a similar situation.

The programme covers most common neurological conditions, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, motor neurone disease and neurological conditions.
All patients eligible for any of our health referral schemes will be recommended to join a 12 week programme. Before your programme begins you will be required to attend a consultation with one of our health professionals. This is to go over your medical history and to sign you up fully to our programme.
