Impulse Leisure: Mental Heath Support
Our mental health programmes, including a community garden at Belhus Park, support individuals with anxiety, low mood, and depression through structured activities and social interaction. Our fully qualified and experienced team deliver specific group sessions for a number of interventions to help local people exercise under qualified guidance whilst also benefiting from social interaction with people in a similar situation.

All patients eligible for any of our health referral schemes will be recommended to join a 12 week programme. Before your programme begins you will be required to attend a consultation with one of our health professionals. This is to go over your medical history and to sign you up fully to our programme.

Who can use this service?
Individuals with low-level mental health difficulities.
There is a charge for the sessions, but this can be reduced depending on income.
