Examples of the support we provide:  helping to prompt and supervise people with their personal care, assisting with meal preparations / shopping lists, helping with starting and completing administrative tasks (for example, making calls, booking and accompanying to appointments), re-ordering and collecting medication prescriptions, light housework 

We tailor our services around you and can offer: physiotherapy (1-to-1 or within a small group), personalised exercise programmes (to improve mobility function, reduce risk of falls and enhance general fitness), 1-to-1 support when people leave hospital to help them get back on their feet, tips and practical ways to manage any stress and practicing mindfulness, teaching people about health and wellbeing, key-working sessions with different topics, for example budgeting/setting goals

This service has been checked and verified by Thurrock Council as being a community enterprise that helps with care, housing, community or health matters. The service will have the following in place: • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (where appropriate for delivery of service) • Public Liability Insurance • Other insurance where required • HMRC registration (where there's a charge for service) • Will conform to any regulations applicable to the service offered.  All service providers will provide their documentation on request and prospective customers are encouraged to ask for sight of these.
